Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Systems Support Analyst/Programmer Analyst (Design Maintenance Development UAT Reporting & Compliance).

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

CMS Maintenance and Support

Provide ongoing maintenance and support Contract Management System including but not limited to the development deployment and maintenance of:

User profiles
Contract documents and budgets
Contractor profiles
Contractor and contract contact information
Task schedules
Holds
Security protocol administration

Operational Support Responsibilities

Providing Help Desk support and serving as a technical resource for the System user community delivering high-quality customer service to agency staff and external vendors
Troubleshooting and resolving user issues and system anomalies
Delivering user training and assisting internal and external users with contract administration guidance and support
Independently preparing correspondence and memoranda for a wide range of audiences as required

Development and Project Support

Preparing and/or reviewing requirements documentation and developing test cases and use cases
Coordinating and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required
Acting as a liaison between the development team and agency staff by communicating test results and assisting with the development of procedural manuals and related technical documentation

Administrative and Analytical Responsibilities

Calculate agency-wide interest payments for interest-eligible advances and expenditures paid to contractors
Develop and process the annual Prompt Contracting Report submitted to the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC).
Perform monthly analysis and dissemination of sub-award and compensation reporting data for federal contracts and grants to the Federal Reporting Unit
