Job Description :

SAP PL2PR Consultant for an onsite engagement in Normal IL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP end-to-end Plan-to-Produce / Procure-to-Pay / Production & Procurement business processes with hands-on configuration integration knowledge and stakeholder management experience.

The SAP PL2PR Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing SAP solutions supporting implementation/enhancements and ensuring smooth integration across SAP modules relevant to production planning and procurement processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders technical teams and cross-functional SAP teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering analysis and solution design for SAP PL2PR processes.
• Configure and support SAP modules related to production planning and procurement.
• Perform functional configuration documentation testing support and deployment activities.
• Work on integration points across SAP modules (MM PP SD FI/CO WM/EWM etc.).
• Support production issues root cause analysis and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF).
• Coordinate with ABAP/technical team for enhancements interfaces and reports.
• Participate in SIT/UAT testing defect triage and go-live support.
• Ensure process alignment with standard SAP best practices.
• Create process flows configuration documents and user training materials.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 12 years of SAP functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PL2PR processes.
• Strong experience in SAP modules such as:
  • SAP PP
  • SAP MM
  • Integration exposure with SD / FI / CO (plus)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and procurement business processes.
• Experience in support/implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Normal IL.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of QM / PM / EWM integrations.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
