Job Summary
Netcracker Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12-24 months
Job Description
- Lead or support the implementation configuration and customization of Netcracker
BSS/OSS platforms
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
- Configure Netcracker modules (e.g. Billing CRM Order Management Catalog Mediation) - Support system integration with upstream and downstream applications
- Participate in testing activities (SIT UAT) defect resolution and release planning
- Provide production support troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Contribute to solution documentation best practices and knowledge transfer
- Mentor junior consultants as needed and support delivery governance
Qualifications Required:
- 4 years of experience working with Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms
- Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes (order-to-cash trouble-to-resolve etc.)
- Hands-on experience with one or more Netcracker modules (Billing CRM OM Product Catalog Mediation)
- Experience working in client-facing consulting or delivery roles
- Solid understanding of system integrations APIs and data flows
- Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired:
- Experience with large Tier 1 telecom providers
- Netcracker certifications
- Exposure to cloud-based deployments and microservices architecture
- SQL Unix/Linux or scripting experience
- Experience supporting large transformation or modernization programs
