Job Summary
Job Title: Production Operator
Client: Aerospace Industry
Location: San Diego CA 92121
Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: 1st Shift 5:30 AM 2:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture or repair parts per traveler instructions
- Use hand tools and production equipment
- Attend training and on-the-job learning
- Inspect parts to meet specifications
- Follow safety quality and environmental policies
- Report to work on time every day
- Perform other duties assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Entry-level manufacturing role
- Ability to read and understand English (FAA requirement)
- High school diploma preferred
- Experience with hand tools preferred
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Aerospace experience preferred
- Good time management
- Detail-oriented
- Able to follow instructions
- Strong attendance and punctuality

- Sandblasters
- Chem-mill and furnace loading/unloading
- Masking tools
- Hand-held motors
- Belt and wire wheel sanders
