Job Summary
Our Hoosier location in Lakeville IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team.

As a Warehouse Associate with Hoosier Racing Tire youll have an exciting opportunity to ensure our products are stored and shipped safely to meet customer demands!
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Operate warehouse equipment & forklifts to receive and ship product as required.
- Properly receive handle and store product as directed.
- Keeping work areas neat clean and orderly in order to maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production.
- Follow all warehouse Safety and environmental policies.
NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.
THE ENVIRONMENT
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as steel toed shoes hearing protection and safety glasses as needed
- The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold) forklift and pedestrian traffic and noise
- The role involves various physical tasks including lifting and operating machinery with comprehensive training provided.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Ability to follow instructions written in standard English.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend climb squat crawl reach and twist frequently.
- Ability to lift 20-75 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. plus (with assistance).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
- No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Warehouse experience preferred
