Job Role: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: FortMill SC ( Day one Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

Should have minimum 12 years of Experience as a Sap Fico consultant accountable for designing implementing and deploying Sap based ERP solutions for client. validating report requirements validating changes and customizing providing training to end-user ensuring stability of solution working closely with client Finance team and sorting day to day queries of end-users
Evaluate existing SAP data to determine what needs to be moved excluded or historicized ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Work with senior leadership to design the new company code structure chart of accounts and financial reporting requirements
Identify gaps between the As-Is (current) process in the parent company and the To-Be process required for the separated entity
Assist in defining the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) to ensure a smooth compliant handover from the seller to the buyer
Configure new Company Codes Controlling Areas Profit Centres and Cost Centres in the new SAP instance
Configure Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Bank Accounting (BA) tailored to the new entitys operations
Manage the separation of fixed assets including depreciation acquisition and retirement data
Configure Cost Centre Accounting (CCA) Profit Centre Accounting (PCA) and Product Costing
Map financial data from the source to the target environment
Remove or neutralize data related to business units not involved in the carve-out
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to ensure the accuracy of carved-out financial data and processes
Perform pre- and post-cutover reconciliations to ensure financial integrity between the old and new systems
Collaborate with MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales & Distribution) and PP (Production Planning) teams to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow
