Job Summary

Job Title: Junior / Mid-Level WMS Systems Analyst

Location: Parsippany 3-4 days/week

Duration: contract

Overview
Were looking for a Junior to Mid-Level WMS Systems Analyst to support warehouse management systems in a distribution or 3PL environment. This role focuses on day-to-day WMS support configuration issue resolution and collaboration with warehouse operations and IT teams. Experience with any major WMS platform is required; Softeon experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) used in distribution and warehouse environments
Assist with WMS configurations system changes and functional testing
Provide production support including monitoring jobs interfaces and alerts
Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues through ticketing systems
Support warehouse go-lives system upgrades and post go-live hypercare
Work closely with warehouse operations IT vendors and third-party partners
Assist with EDI testing integrations and data flow troubleshooting
Create and maintain basic documentation and assist with end-user training
Run basic SQL queries or reports to support operational needs

Required Qualifications

2 6 years of experience supporting a Warehouse Management System
Hands-on experience with at least one WMS platform (HighJump Accellos Manhattan Blue Yonder K rber Softeon etc.)
Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira ServiceNow Freshdesk etc.)
Basic SQL experience for queries or reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users

Nice to Have

Softeon WMS experience
EDI testing or support experience
Exposure to integrations with ERP TMS or other supply chain systems
Experience supporting multiple warehouse sites
Prior involvement in WMS implementations or go-lives
