In partnership with our client we are seeking a B2B Sales Specialist to serve as a catalyst for urban transformation. You will be a pivotal commercial partner in scaling a tech-enabled mass transit solution across the Côte dIvoire market that bridges the gap between corporate communities and affordable predictable comfortable commutes. If you are a commercially-driven innovator who can translate market opportunities into a seamless high-growth network of transportation solutions we want to meet you.

  • You are fluent in both French and English so you can pitch to local partners in Abidjan and jump on calls with the global team without missing a beat.
  • You get excited about how technology can improve everyday life. You probably have experience in tech logistics or transportation and understand how the right solution can solve real problems for real people.
  • You are great with people. You know how to walk into a boardroom connect with HR Directors or C-Suite executives and make them see why this matters for their organization.
  • You work with data not just gut feeling. You use CRM tools to track your progress manage your deals and figure out whats actually working in the market.
  • You are self-motivated. While you work well with others you dont need someone telling you what to do every day. You know how to find leads build relationships and close deals on your own.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Acquisition
  • You will develop and execute a robust B2B sales strategy specifically tailored for the Abidjan market identifying high-potential industries like Banking FMCGs and Government.
  • You will build a healthy pipeline of prospects managing everything from initial research and cold calls to discovery meetings.
  • You will lead high-stakes negotiations and develop tailored proposals that speak directly to the unique commuting pain points of each corporate client.
Execution and amp; Delivery
  • You will conduct engaging product demos and presentations showing companies exactly how the platform can optimize their staff transit.
  • You will collaborate closely with the operations and product teams to ensure that once a deal is signed the onboarding process is flawless for the client.
  • You will maintain 100% CRM compliance ensuring every interaction is logged accurately to provide clear forecasts and revenue reports.
Market Ambassadorship
  • You will act as the companys face at industry events and networking forums building the brands reputation across Côte dIvoire.
  • You will monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure our value proposition remains the most compelling in the region.
What Success looks like
  • Revenue Growth:GeneratingCFA in revenue by Month 2 and accelerating toCFA by Month 3 with an ultimate target ofCFA in new monthly revenue.
  • Activity Volume: Maintaining a high-tempo pace of 90-100 unique outbound calls per week and securing at least 10 discovery meetings weekly by the third month.
  • Pipeline Health: Consistently adding 25 new qualified opportunities to the CRM every week to ensure a sustainable conversion rate.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensuring 100% of onboarded corporate clients experience a smooth transition to our services through cross-functional collaboration.
To be considered for this role you should have
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management.
  • Full professional fluency in French and English (Mandatory).
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience in the mobility tech or logistics sectors (Strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Residency in or deep knowledge of the Abidjan business landscape.
Challenges you may face in this role
  • Breaking new ground: Were still new in Abidjan so youll be introducing the concept of tech-enabled transit to companies who might not have considered it before. Youll need to show them why its better than what theyre currently doing.
  • Fast-paced and demanding: Youll be making a lot of calls and attending plenty of meetings to hit ambitious targets all while managing detailed negotiations that cant be rushed.
  • Working across languages and teams: Youll be doing your day-to-day work in French with local partners then switching to English to report back to headquarters and keep everyone aligned.
