Are you a motivated detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
- Create a sustainable recruitment strategy aligned with our business aims.
- Build a candidate portfolio by sourcing passive candidates.
- Search databases to find the most suitable candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write and edit compelling job descriptions.
- Recommend new sources for attracting both active and passive candidates.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach to recruitment.
- Conduct candidate interviews according to company regulations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in recruiting or a similar HR IT Recruiting such as Software Development AI Data & Analytics SAP Oracle and Salesforce teams.
- At least 2 years working with hunting agencies
- Experience is required in face-to-face interaction with the Client or Hiring Manager.
- Strong desire to understand job requirements and the recruitment process.
- English Advanced Level C1- C2
- Passion for HR and talent acquisition methods.
- Ability to screen large volumes of resumes effectively.
- Understanding of employer branding methods is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and HR tools (ATS HRIS AI) is beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Business Administration or a relevant field.

- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
