We believe every member on our team enriches our diversity by exposing us to a broad range of ways to understand and engage with the world identify challenges and to discover design and deliver solutions.Beverly High School is seeking a highly organized student-centered Early College Program Coordinator to lead and support our Early College and dual-enrollment initiatives. The Coordinator will work closely with students families high school staff and local college partners to ensure that students successfully access navigate and complete early college courses aligned with career pathways. This role blends academic advising program coordination data tracking and partnership management to expand equitable access to postsecondary Responsibilities:Program Coordination & Operations- Coordinate all aspects of the Early College Program including recruitment onboarding course registration scheduling and ongoing student support.- Serve as the primary liaison between the high school and partnering colleges/universities including accompanying students to off site courses.- Develop and maintain clear processes for application enrollment and credit transfer.- Align dual-enrollment course offerings with existing or emerging career pathway programs.- Ensure compliance with district college and state policies regarding early college programs.- Present informational sessions to prospective students and families at evening event(s).Student Support & Advising: - Provide individualized and group advising to students interested in or participating in the Early College Program including through Advisory Flex sessions or a scheduled course.- Collaborates with college coordinators/counselors to plan prep and teach the College Success Strategies class to Early College students- Monitor academic progress and provide interventions referrals and support as needed including facilitation of IEP/504 information to NSCC.- Assist students with college readiness skills including time management study strategies and navigating online learning platforms.- Organize informational sessions parent/guardian workshops and college-readiness & Collaboration:- Collaborate with counselors teachers academic coaches and college partners to provide coordinated support.- Attend and facilitate partnership meetings with college staff and administrators.- Work with school leadership to expand Early College Program options and increase student & Reporting:- Track student enrollment attendance grades credit accumulation and progress toward pathway completion.- Prepare reports for school leadership district offices and college partners as needed
