Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Resilience Program Manager recognized as a subject-matter expert within the commercial function. This role requires deep expertise in supply chain risk management governance and compliance with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives and advise senior stakeholders.
The Program Manager will partner closely with sourcing operations transactions and supplier quality teams to develop deploy and govern best-practice processes tools and systems that strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure continuity of materials services and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities

Lead supply chain resilience and risk management initiatives across the commercial function

Develop and implement governance frameworks policies templates and guidelines for risk management and compliance

Assess supply chain risks compliance gaps and potential cost impacts; prioritize and drive corrective actions

Partner with commercial stakeholders to deploy best practices tools and systems globally

Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend practical value-driven solutions

Provide oversight reporting and continuous improvement for commercial risk management processes

Support learning and capability development within the commercial function
