Our Springfield Lakes service is a welcoming community-focused centre where relationships matter with children families and each other. Youll be supported by an experienced leadership team and have the time resources and autonomy to truly focus on quality teaching and learning.
As our Funded Early Childhood Teacher you will:
Deliver a high-quality approved kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF
Lead and mentor educators within your learning environment
Create engaging play-based learning experiences that support each childs development
Build strong respectful relationships with children and families
Contribute to a positive reflective team culture
Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework
Youll bring:
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Eligibility for QLD Kindergarten Funding
Current Teacher Registration (QCT) or ability to obtain
A genuine passion for early learning and child-led practice
Strong communication and leadership skills
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and long-term employment
Funded ECT role with above-award pay
