DESCRIPTION:
Join our team as a Lead Service Support Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific where youll coordinate essential laboratory services for scientific this key role youll serve as the primary liaison between our customers service vendors and internal teams ensuring effective delivery of critical laboratory support services. Youll manage work order processing coordinate service scheduling maintain accurate asset records and implement improvement initiatives. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or a GED and 4 years of experience in laboratory operations or customer service environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellence in customer service and relationship management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and operations preferred
Physical ability to lift push and pull up to 40 pounds
Willingness to wear required PPE (lab coats safety glasses etc.)
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with inventory management and asset tracking
Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Ability to escort vendors and coordinate service activities

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $23.04$34.56.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
