Job Summary
Medicaid/MMIS Test Lead-Remote
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end testing strategy planning and execution for Medicaid/MMIS applications
* Design and review test plans test cases test data and test scenarios across modules (claims
eligibility enrollment provider)
* Coordinate Product QAMO SIT UAT Regression and Integration testing activities
* Work closely with business analysts developers and stakeholders
* Lead defect tracking triage and resolution
* Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines HIPAA and state Medicaid regulations
* Support test automation initiatives and process improvements
* Support QA teams and ensure delivery timelines and quality standards
* Drive test automation and process improvements
* Provide status reporting and ensure adherence to timelines
Requirements
* 8-12 years of experience in QA/testing with strong Medicaid/MMIS experience
* Strong knowledge of claims processing and eligibility systems
* Experience with test management tools
* Experience working on manual and automated testing methodologies
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Excellent leadership analytical coordination communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with EDI transactions (X12 - 837 834 etc.)
* Experience with test automation tools (Selenium Cypress etc.)
* Prior experience in MMIS implementations or modernization projects (Preferred)
