We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Lead to drive the endtoend design development and governance of enterprisegrade AEM solutions. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership ensure best practices across AEM architecture and mentor teams while delivering scalable highperformance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend design and development of AEM solutions including:
- SPA components
- Templates
- Taxonomy
- Custom workflows
Own and govern implementations around:
- AEM DAM
- Content Fragments
- Experience Fragments
- Scalable content reuse models
Architect develop and review:
- Sling Servlets
- OSGi services and configurations
- Schedulers
- JSON exports
- JCR queries
- Thirdparty integrations
Ensure adherence to AEM best practices for:
- MSM (MultiSite Manager)
- Dispatcher configuration and caching
- Translations
- CRX repositories
- Performance optimization
- SEO standards
Drive code quality and performance through:
- JUnit testing
- Repository optimization (Oak/Lucene)
- URL management and SEOfriendly structures
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Conduct code and design reviews
Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines using:
- Git
- Jenkins
- Adobe Cloud Manager
- SonarQube

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong handson experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Expertise in AEM architecture and component development
Deep knowledge of:
- Sling OSGi JCR
- AEM DAM & Headless features
- Dispatcher and caching strategies
Experience with SPA frameworks integration (React / Angular preferred)
Solid understanding of performance tuning SEO and security best practices
Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
Proven ability to lead teams and mentor developers

Preferred / NicetoHave

Adobe AEM Certifications
Experience with Headless AEM and Content Services
Exposure to cloudbased AEM deployments
Strong stakeholder communication skills
