THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as aTest Leader for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Contribute to the Test Strategy Master Test Plan design of the tests ensure their execution follow-up of the test analysts and report to project stakeholders;
- Contribute to the design andthe organization of the Business Analyst tests within a project:
- Respect the project design and its deliverables;
- Input the test subjects into the dedicated tool according to the standards in place;
- Ensure the elaboration validation and communication of all the test project deliverables within his/her scope (in accordance with the standards in place);
- Guarantee the correct prioritization of the tests within his/her scope.
- Ensure the execution of the Tests within a project:
- Give the information necessary for the Go/No Go;
- Execute the tests within his/her scope of competence;
- Input the test results in the dedicated tool;
- Report any risk of non-commitment regarding delays or quality;
- Give feedback to the Test Manager and direct hierarchy on the progress of the project.
- Ensure the reporting of the Tests within a project:
- Ensure the communication to the project stakeholders through the creation of test reports;
- Manage project committees (test progress & defects)
- Report the required information for the Go/No Go.
- Contribute to the identification and correction of any anomalies within the project:
- Identify anomalies within his/her scope;
- Input the anomalies into the correct tool;
- Contribute to the prioritization of the project anomalies;
- Participate in the correction of the anomalies and posterior validation;
- Provide the necessary elements to draft final reports the report and procedures.
- Norms and Standards:
- Adopt the ETO Service Culture values;
- Respect the BNP Paribas Cardif France 4S principles;
- Apply the test procedures defined for the department;
- Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.
- The tester is able to schedule and organise his own working time as well as other resources set priorities within his/her scope and report any issue regarding the processes and procedures.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Informatics or related areas;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Test activities;
- Understand the projects methodology;
- Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB);
- Able to build a test strategy and test schedule;
- Able to manage one or more software testers;
- Able to work in an Agile environment;
- Knowledge on Octane Jiraand Confluence;
- Knowledge in API;
- Knowledge in SQL language;
- Risk identification and follow-up;
- Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable);
- Fluency in French (written & spoken).
