This is a 1 year max term contract with options for extension.
Position Summary:
Boeing Australia is seeking a hands-on Asset Analyst / Support Officer (1-3 years experience) to support asset data readiness activities as part of a broader Enterprise Asset Management program across IT/OT assets covering various environments Labs Building Technology Production Factory and Office.
Youll assist with gathering asset technical information from local and enterprise business SMEs help review process improvements and perform hands-on support around Enterprise Asset Management solution(s).
Due to the nature of the role and business there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls however flexibility is encouraged. Some domestic travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the requirements identification selection for any data capture toolset.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the tool including regular reconciliation with procurement and finance records.
- Maintain accurate records of all assets.
- Support identification of process improvement opportunities to assist with asset data readiness activities and to ensure currency of data collected.
- Assist with overseeing the lifecycle of physical and digital assets within the organization. This includes tracking maintenance compliance and disposal.
- Schedule and oversee stock-take activities including physical verification and system updates.
- Collaborate to uphold physical and information security protocols.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 1-3 years in IT Asset Management (ITAM) supporting roles
- Familiarity with industry-standard asset and configuration management tools e.g. ServiceNow.
- Understanding of cyber/information security principles.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field
- Experience with secure Defence Services systems.
