Job SummaryWere looking for a senior hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a strong generalist background to lead and execute our digital marketing function in a fast-paced scale-up environment. This role suits someone with deep experience who can set direction lead people and stay close to execution including ownership of our website as a core acquisition and conversion channel.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead a full-funnel generalist digital marketing strategy across paid media SEO content email CRM and website
Provide leadership and direction to the digital marketing function including mentoring and developing team members
Own the website strategy performance and roadmap ensuring it supports acquisition conversion and brand goals
Manage website content UX and CRO in collaboration with design product and development teams
Plan execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition engagement and revenue
Lead the management and evolution of the martech stack ensuring strong integration and scalability
Own CRM strategy and execution including life-cycle marketing segmentation lead management and automation
Build scalable marketing processes and best practices suited to a high-growth scale-up environment
Manage paid media budgets and performance across key platforms (Google Meta LinkedIn etc.)
Partner cross-functionally with product sales leadership and external agencies
Use data and insights to guide decision-making experimentation and continuous optimisation
Stay across emerging digital martech CRM and website best practices
Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field is necessary
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing with a strong generalist focus
Proven experience working in a scale-up startup or high-growth environment
Demonstrated people leadership experience including mentoring or managing team members
Strong hands-on experience with martech platforms and tool integration
Deep experience managing and optimising CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Marketo or similar)
Proven experience owning and optimising websites as a growth and conversion channel
Extensive experience across paid media SEO content email and lifecycle marketing
Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
Excellent communication stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
