Bartender@ Von Elrods Beer Hall & Kitchen
As a Bartender at Von Elrodsyoullbe responsible fordelivering fastaccurate and friendly service at a busy bar whilemaintainingstrong beer knowledge and proper pouring techniques.Youllhelp create an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to return whethertheyrecraftbeer enthusiasts firsttime visitors or everyday regulars.
Requirements-
Prior bartending experience in a highvolume bar or restaurant
General beer knowledge preferred (styles flavor profiles draft systems)
Ability to pour liquor accurately and consistently using company standards
Strong multitasking and timemanagement skills
Friendly confident and engaging personality
Ability to create relationships with guests and build regular clientele
Must be able to change beer kegs and safely lift/move kegs as needed during shifts.
Availability to work nights weekends holidays andspecial events
Attend required beertrainingstomaintainknowledge of menu changes and beer selections.
Must meet all local and state alcohol service requirements
Responsibility-
Prepare and serve beer cocktails wine and liquor accurately and efficiently
Properly pour and serve different beer styles
Maintaincorrect liquor poursin accordance withhouse standards
Deliver fast friendly service in a highvolume fastpaced bar setting
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and developing strong guest relationships
Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked bar areaat all times
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines
Assistwith opening closing side work and restocking duties
