The XOS Vice President / General Manager (VP/GM) will hold full commercial accountability for XOS global business overseeing Strategy Commercial Operations R&D Marketing and cross-functional partnership with Finance and HR. This leader will drive the long-term transformation of the XOS portfolio achieving results with accuracy speed and reliability for our customers. The leader will ensure that XOS upholds its commitment to advancing public safety and operational efficiency by providing high-precision elemental analysis solutions through innovative X-ray technology.
The VP/GM will lead the organization to deliver profitable growth deepen customer value and advance XOSs strategic position in the market.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $220000 - $275000 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
