Description of Work

This is an anticipated vacancy. This position supervises the Accounting Section at Greene Correctional Institution. This position will be responsible for the Accounts Payable section as well as a Trust Fund section. This person will be responsible for NCFS entries E-procurement orders uploading CNTR005s into sharepoint fpr payment payroll and onboarding of Travel Nurse contracts as well as other facility contracts such as for copiers. This position will utilize spreadsheets logs and an organized filing system to maintain accounting records and track and monitor other items as assigned.
