Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter and PolicyCenter along with exposure to Guidewire OLS/Olos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing developing and enhancing Guidewire solutions in enterprise insurance environments.
This role requires deep technical proficiency strong understanding of insurance business processes and the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guidewire Development & Customization

Design develop and maintain solutions in Guidewire BillingCenter and PolicyCenter.

Customize business rules workflows integrations and configurations within Guidewire applications.

Support enhancements defect resolution and performance optimization initiatives.
Integration & Technical Implementation
-
Develop and support integrations between Guidewire and downstream/upstream systems.
-
Work on data models batch processes and APIs within Guidewire ecosystems.

Provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
Insurance Domain Support

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate insurance requirements into technical designs.

Support functional teams in analyzing billing and policy lifecycle processes.
Quality & Delivery
-
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles.

Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and secure development guidelines.
-
Participate in code reviews and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of overall IT experience.

6-8 years of hands-on development experience in Guidewire applications specifically:

BillingCenter
-
PolicyCenter
-
-
Exposure to Guidewire OLS/Olos.

Strong understanding of insurance domain processes (Policy Billing).

Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
Desirable Skills

Experience with CICS or legacy integration environments.

Exposure to mainframe integrations or hybrid environments.
