Job Summary

Job Title : Associate

Experience : 7-10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain FortiGate firewall infrastructure and security fabric
Configure security policies NAT rules and traffic optimization
Administer FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralized control and reporting
Handle HA clusters firmware upgrades and security patching
Configure and optimize F5 BIG-IP (LTM GTM ASM APM) platforms
Design load balancing SSL offloading and application security solutions
Develop and maintain iRules and web application firewall policies
Act as escalation point for complex network/security incidents
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
Maintain documentation runbooks and operational procedures
Support on-call rotations and critical incident recovery
Collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams

Requisites

Strong expertise in FortiGate firewall administration
Advanced knowledge of F5 BIG-IP and application delivery systems
Experience with VPNs clustering and high availability setups
Solid understanding of TCP/IP DNS HTTP/HTTPS and network security
Hands-on experience with packet analysis and troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of web application security and access management
Familiarity with hybrid enterprise infrastructure environments
Relevant Fortinet and F5 certifications preferred
Flexibility for on-call and emergency support
