We are looking for an energetic and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing service department.
Position Overview:
As a Ford Service Advisor you will be the primary liaison between our customers and our service team. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs providing clear communication about recommended services and ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly professional manner and listen to their vehicle concerns.
Create detailed repair orders and communicate customer needs to the technicians.
Explain repair recommendations costs and timelines to customers clearly and transparently.
Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
Promote and upsell additional services when appropriate.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up after service is complete.
Qualifications:
Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred (Ford dealership experience a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly way.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (Dealer Track CDK Reynolds & Reynolds or similar).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
