Job Description:
- Champion and lead of process safety excellence across our operations embedding a strong safety culture through targeted training field engagement structured risk assessments and analysis and leadership coaching.
- A dynamic communicator with deep process safety / risk assessment technical knowledge.
Qualification & Experience
- Engineering degree in Chemical Process Mechanical or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent)
- 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledgeable in Petrochem industry & Regulatory requirements
- Must have lead / facilitated risk assessments using HAZOP scenario based risk assessments bow-tie analysis or other methodologies
- Preferred competency in consequence modelling tools (e.g. Phast)
- Key responsibilities are to facilitate risk assessments HAZOPs process safety studies development and delivery of training and other risk & process safety duties as required.
- This position is not to lead OSHA PSM program development or implementation.
