YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architecting and buildingmobile applications for iOS.
Partnering with design teams to bring new features to life.
Ensuring apps meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Debugging resolving bottlenecks and fixing XCode issues.
Publishing apps to the App Store and managing updates.
Maintaining clean scalable code and automating processes.
Designing and implementing application enhancements.
Building views programmatically (no SwiftUI or Storyboards).

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

Grade 12 (Essential)
3-year Tertiary qualification in Computer Science in software engineering or related field (will earn you big points)
Software Development in iOS 5 years (Essential)
Provenexperience as an iOS developer.
Solid understanding of Swift and RxSwift (Essential).
Delegate and Coordinator Pattern in iOS (Essential)
Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data.
Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
Knowledge of Apples design principles and application interface guidelines.
Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial Git and SVN.
Knowledge of C-based libraries.
Knowledge on MVVM Pattern in iOS and UIKit
Knowledge on threading and performance in iOS
Familiarity with push notifications APIs and cloud messaging.
Experience with continuous integration.

YOUR REWARD

Rolling 12-month contract rates paying R500 - R600 per hour
