Summary:
Under general supervision of the Depot Manager or other supervisory/management level position within the facility responsible for facility infrastructure and its equipment properly operation validation/qualification maintenance and improvements in compliance with the company internal procedures policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance program and supervise activities to assure equipment properly operation avoiding and keeping appropriate records
Perform periodically challenge tests to assure facility and equipment respond as expected in case of incident. (e.g. Power Failure Test Alarm Test etc)
Periodically write print or generate reports (e.g. Temperature Report Access Control Report Facility inspection Calibration report) to assure proper filled documentation
Manage calibration schedule and review certificates and results to assure facility instruments are kept calibrated within acceptable deviation range
Investigate equipment incidents looking for root causes to propose preventive action to avoid the same incident to happen again
Propose plan supervise implementation and record facilities and equipment changes assuring change control and facility improvement
Review facility and equipment drawings and documentation to assure it is accurate
With Quality Assurance and Engineering Support perform Temperature Mapping including protocol temperature sensor placement equipment configuration reports and assessment
With Quality Assurance and Engineering Support write protocols and reports
Train other associates on facilities and equipment process and operation
Support the Depot Manager on Budget/Capex estimation and follow-up
Be available for on call duty in case of incident which the stored products are on risk
Works with and identifies vendors to acquire the best price and service for the facilitys needs
Train staff and provider for authorized access to facility areas
Consults with other departments on design and use of equipment fire prevention and safety program
Periodically inspect the facility to detect maintenance needs or potential accident and health hazards and recommends corrective or preventive measures where indicated

Depot Manager
Indirect (Dotted-Line) Reports to Global Facilities and Engineering Manager

Education:
Generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelors degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
Desirable Technical vocational training or Engineering degree
Experience:
Broad training in fields such as maintenance warehousing business administration accountancy computer sciences or similar vocations
Normally requires two (2) or more years directly related and progressively responsible experience
Minimum Skills Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Mandatory:
Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
Ability to use good judgment in order to carry out detailed instructions
Ability to work independently and to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Desirable:
Commercial Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning experience
Electrical installation experience
Building Management system knowledge
cGMP or Clean Room experience
