What you will get to do:

  • IT Support & Systems Management: Provide hands-on IT support for SS&C client offices while partnering withglobal engineering and service desk teamsto improve resolution times andidentifyimprovement opportunities.

  • User & Security Management:Support the implementation of security toolsand best practices based on global standards.

  • Client Engagement & Training: Deliveradvisory training and real-time incident supportto ensure a seamless IT experience for employees and clients.

  • Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work withglobal IT teams vendors and stakeholderstooptimizethe employeeexperience through improved IT service delivery.

  • Product Deployments: Support regionaltechnology deployments and real-estateprojectsensuring smooth implementation ofnew solutions.

  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Proactivelyidentifyrisks and resolve technical problems escalating critical issues when necessary.

What you will bring:

  • Education & Experience: ABachelors degreeor equivalent experience (3-5years in IT support) in a corporate environment (ideally the Financial Industry).

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge ofdesktop systems collaboration technologies virtual environments mobile devices and enterprise IT tools(ServiceNow) to quickly resolve IT issues.

  • Client-Centric Mindset: Ability toproactively engage with SS&C Employees & Clientorganisations providing training advisory and leadership of initiatives that enhance their IT experience.

  • Global & Regional Collaboration:Experienced inworking across different time zones and with international teams to drive IT excellence.

  • Agility & Proactivity:Aproblem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting whilst helping achieve global consistency.

  • Flexibility:Awillingness and ability to work on-siteacross different office locations.

  • Fluent Japanese andbusiness level English speaking reading and writing
