JOB PURPOSE
The Facility Procurement Professional role supports supply-related activities to ensure a lean responsive resilient and high-quality flow of materials and services from source to dock. This position collaborates closely with Procurement Logistics Facility teams and Suppliers contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting Global Supply Network (GSN) performance targets.

Supplier Location:
- Mainly domestic and over sea suppliers

JOB DUTIES
Major Responsibilities:
- Support lean responsive and resilient material and service flow
- Identify opportunities for cost inventory and quality optimization
- Operate and monitor Global Supply Network procurement functions
- Resolve facility-specific supplier issues
- Liaise with Logistics Category and Product Supply teams
- Execute and manage PO Release activities in alignment with facility requirements and system controls
- Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
- Support NEW ERP system Introduction by coordinating procurement readiness supplier alignment and material availability


Leadership:
- Identify and drive QCLDM improvement opportunities
- Support supplier performance management activities
- Support confidential analytical and improvement initiatives

Strategy:
- Apply data-driven decision making
- Utilize Lean tools to drive operational excellence

Customers:
- Facility operations
- Supply chain teams
- Logistics Product Supply and Category Buyers

Supplier Development:
- Support and Execute NEW ERP system introduction into suppliers
- Support supplier improvement plans
- Identify and resolve supplier issues at the component level

Travel
Travel may be required

Skills
- Process Management: Demonstrated working knowledge in designing monitoring and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experienced in interpreting operational data and applying insights to support strategic and tactical decisions.
- Supplier Management: Skilled in managing supplier relationships evaluating performance and ensuring compliance with procurement standards.
- Communication: Effective communicator with strong English communication skills capable of collaborating across teams and ensuring clear information flow.
- Analytical Thinking & Coordination: Strong analytical capability with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and communicate key insights.
- MRP Procurement and Supply Chain Flow: Knowledgeable in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) procurement procedures and end-to-end supply chain processes.

Work Arrangement
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
