The primary responsibilities for the management of all services in Fuji site including client relationship staff management financial performance operational performance and compliance.

KPI指標を用いた月次業務レビュー会議の実施改善プラン推進

臨時業務会議のファシリテーション

事業継続計画BCPの遵守と更新

年間財務予算の計画策定と進捗管理

コストセービングプランの策定と推進

改善計画とベストプラクティスの提案によるクライアント満足度向上

クライアントとの関係構築とJLLのパフォーマンス報告

オペレーション

製薬業界特有のGxP要件を踏まえたソフトサービス管理

チームメンバーと協力業者と協働し安定したサービス提供の実現

新規サービス導入時の移行安定化標準化の推進

請求書の事前承認取得と関係者との適切なコミュニケーション

ユーザーリクエスト対応と関係者への対応依頼期日管理

各業務における手順書マニュアルの作成および更新

サイトリード業務

クライアント契約内で各サイトに求められる管理タスクの遂行

他拠点のチームとの連携

安全衛生管理

安全な作業環境提供のための安全手順の実施と管理

健康安全基準に関する法定規制の遵守確保

リスク管理

リスク管理プログラムの実施と管理サポート
