DescriptionThe Global Services Department is a service organization dedicated to supporting leaders members and the workforce. This position helps make gospel teachings resources or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way supporting the mission of the Church.
This position is an intermediate-level professional who coordinates and tracks the training of associates partner associates church service missionaries and volunteers who interface with members and friends of the Church. The incumbent is accountable to develop design and implement training materials and tools which will help associates to be successful in their work.
Under the current Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) for this position the incumbent is required to work a minimum of one day in our Riverton UT office each week (may be more based on business needs); therefore must live close. Please note that this hybrid arrangement is subject to an approval process and may change at any time based upon business team division and department needs.

Responsibilities- 50% Trains and tracks training for assigned policy and procedural requirements for job functions within the division.
- 30% Creates training programs for the new hires and annual compliance. Coordinates with the department learning and development for other training projects
- 10% Coordinates communications with associates including policy and procedural changes and updates and weekly communication documents.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelors in Business Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years experience of business-related experience
- Experience with current software
- Ability to use Web Conferencing Software
- Demonstrated ability to teach and demonstrate concepts
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
- Intermediate skill levels required in Microsoft windows suite
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone customer service skills.
- Previous experience in department and knowledge of related policies and procedures is preferred.
- Meet or exceed any minimum competency standards for the position as determined by the department.
Preferred:
- Five or more years experience of business-related experience
- Second language preferred.
