Job Summary

The University of Oklahoma Biological Station (UOBS) is a remote campus of the University of Oklahoma and a unit of theSchool of Biological Scienceslocated on the shores of Lake Texoma. Our mission is to provide excellence in education research and service for students and faculty of both the University and broader community.

We are looking for temporary workers to assist with our upcoming summer sessions which will be taught at our location in Kingston OK. Housing will be provided on site.

Duties will include:

Cafeteria food service and clean-up
Cleaning of grounds and dormitory rooms between sessions
General cleaning and maintenance as needed
Other duties as assigned

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED

Skills:

Basic cleaning skills
Ability to drive (or willingness to learn to drive) a gator utility vehicle is beneficial but not mandatory

Advertised Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 30 pounds
Constant standing reaching bending stooping and walking.
Both indoor and outdoor work environments
