Whats on offer

We are looking to recruit the role of a Group Senior JDE Systems Analyst on a 24-month max term contract to be based in Melbourne Sydney Brisbane or Adelaide. Reporting to the GroupJDE Support Manager youll play a key role in our JDE applications team supporting our people to use the JDE ERP system safely efficiently and in line with finance and ERP best practice.

In this role youll provide specialist secondlevel support for our businesscritical financial systems including JDE and associated reporting tools and help ensure these applications meet agreed service levels. Youll work closely with users to troubleshoot issues improve how the system is used and guide them to get the best possible outcomes. The core systems youll support include JDE Allout Security financial reporting tools and financial mobile applications helping to keep our operations running smoothly across the business.

What will you be responsible for

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for JDE providing secondlevel support and resolving functional data and workflow issues across Finance Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Support JDE enhancements updates and upgrades to ensure the system continues to meet business needs.
• Manage support queues to provide timely assistance and keep ERP applications stable and available for critical operations.
• Maintain strong system security and integrity including rolebased access segregation of duties and user audit reporting.
• Promote bestpractice use of JDE within Fulton Hogan through specialist advice uptodate knowledge articles and training materials.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with JDE team members and Helpdesk staff to strengthen overall application support.

How youll connect to the role

To be successful in this role youll bring a solid mix of technical and business experience. Youll have a tertiary qualification in business or information systems/technology (or comparable industry experience) alongside 46 years handson work with JD Edwards ERP in roles such as secondlevel support Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. Experience across multiple JDE modules or business functions such as Finance Manufacturing Job Costing and Supply Chain is highly desirable. Youll also have a background in 1st to 3rd level customer support or service desk environments including working with SLAs issue/defect tracking and ticketing systems and a strong understanding of business needs and customer outcomes beyond just the technical detail.

Youll pair this with strong problemsolving and analytical skills enabling you to identify root causes of functional issues and guide users to effective solutions. Youre proactive about your own development and keen to grow your skills in areas like business requirements elicitation specification design and technical consulting. Great communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is a positive cando approach and the ability to support customers both remotely and facetoface.
