Scheduling Coordinator In Office
Hamburg PA Operations Support Role
Location: 16600 Pottsville Pike Hamburg PA 19526
Pay: $18.00/hour
Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

KRE Security LLC is hiring an in-office Scheduling Coordinator to support daily operations at our Hamburg PA office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized dependable and comfortable making real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Youll play a critical role in keeping our workforce staffed and our client commitments covered. This is a hands-on operations position with visibility responsibility and room to grow.

Shifts Available
  • FridaySaturday 10:00 PM 6:00 AM
  • SaturdaySunday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • In-office role (no remote work)
  • Operations-focused environment
This position is well-suited for candidates comfortable working evenings nights and weekends.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Manage daily and weekly schedules across multiple client sites
  • Ensure shifts are filled and coverage is maintained
  • Respond to call-offs and last-minute scheduling changes
  • Communicate clearly with field staff and internal leadership
  • Track attendance availability and scheduling trends
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and staffing records
  • Use Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and Outlook to manage workflow
  • Coordinate with management and Hiring/Recruitment on staffing needs
  • Maintain professionalism confidentiality and service standards
Requirements
  • 13 years of experience in:
    • Scheduling
    • Dispatching
    • Workforce coordination
    • Operations support
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Google Workspace
    • Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
  • Clear professional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented reliable and accountable work style
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced setting
Pay & Benefits
  • Starting pay: $18.00/hour
  • Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year
