A unique opportunity has arisen for someone who enjoys driving to drive a County Council operated vehicle to Schools and other locations across Leicestershire during term time.
About the Role
You will be driving the Councils Camera Enforcement Vehicle which is fitted with specialist software and carry out scheduled patrols at designated locations across the county. These patrols will take place primarily during school start and finish times to support safe and responsible parking in our communities.
You will follow scheduled patrol routes to capture evidence of parking contraventions near schools bus stops and other designated locations ensuring all activity complies with relevant policies legislation and procedures.
At the end of each patrol you will be responsible for securely transferring recorded data from the device to the Councils software systems.
You will also be required to transport the vehicle(s) to and from maintenance depots for servicing and repairs as addition you must ensure that the vehicle is maintained in a clean hygienic and tidy condition at all times both inside and out including any replacement vehicles.
