As part of the Business Application Consulting team you play a vital role in improving operational processes and enabling innovation through the implementation of advanced technologies. As an Associate you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You support sprint planninganalyzeclient requirements andcollaboratewith cross-functional teams to design and develop solutionsfacilitatingsuccessful execution of transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Analyze client requirements.
Review estimates and suggest updates.
Complete design and develop accordingly ina timelyfashion.
Support testing and client queries.
Interface andcommunicatewith the onsite team.
Participate in scrum calls and provide status reports.
Take part inCoEactivitiestrainingsrecruitmentsasandinterested.
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
2 to4yearof experience
Oral and writtenproficiencyin English
What Sets You Apart
Hands-on experience in Guidewire products
Well versed in Ratingand Knowledgeand experience working onEarnix.
Strong knowledge inEarnixArchitectureDataModeland Features.
Experience of Rate table configurations creating ROCs and Price development onEarnix.
Ability to supportEarnixintegration with Guidewire.
Experience on any database Oracle / SQL Server and well versed in SQL.
Exposure to SCMtoolsuch as GIT TFS SVN & DevOps skills.
Knowledge of any servers / containers such as Tomcat / JBoss /Websphere.
Exposure tocloud technologies such asAWSAzure.
Good written and oral communication.
Excellent analyticalskill.
Scrum orSAFeor other Agile deliveryways.
Insurance domain knowledge.
