As an Implementation Consultant youll sit at the center of that transformation. Youll partner directly with customers to translate complex business goals into working adopted solutionsand youll see the real-world impact of your work every day.

This is a role for consultants who want ownership depth and purpose not just project churn.

Youll guide customers from ambition to execution helping them design configure and adopt solutions that fit their realitynot a generic template. When customers succeed its because the implementation was thoughtful disciplined and outcome-driven. Thats your craft.

What youll do (and why its interesting) Be a trusted advisor not just a configurator

Youll lead customers through the full implementation journeyfrom discovery to go-livehelping them make smart decisions about scope design tradeoffs and priorities. Youll explain why a solution works not just how to use it.

Turn complexity into clarity

Youll run workshops facilitate conversations across business and technical stakeholders and translate messy requirements into clean scalable configurations. Youll help customers see the path forward when things get complicated.

Build solutions that stick

Your work doesnt stop at configuration. Youll test validate train and prepare customers for real adoptionso solutions are usable trusted and stable from day one.

Own quality and outcomes

Youll take pride in clean requirements strong design decisions disciplined testing and thoughtful documentation. Youll know that a successful project is one that customers can actually run with after go-live.

Grow your expertise

Youll deepen your technical skills on the Intelex platform integrations and data flows. Youll work across industries and regions learning how different organizations solve similar problems in very different ways.

Who youll work with

Youll report to the Manager Consulting and be part of a global Professional Services organization. Youll collaborate with Project Managers Solution Architects Customer Success Support Product and a global community of experienced consultants.

You wont be on an island. Youll have mentorship peer support and access to deep subject-matter expertise as you grow.

What you need to bring on day one (must-haves)

These are the skills that make you effective from the start. We wont teach these from scratch.

You already:

  • Know how to work directly with customersleading conversations earning trust and navigating competing priorities
  • Have experience delivering SaaS implementations or complex technical projects including requirements configuration testing and go-live
  • Can break down messy ambiguous problems and turn them into structured plans and decisions
  • Understand the importance of scope timelines and quality and know how to hold the line when tradeoffs appear
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior customer leaders
  • Take ownership: when something goes wrong you lean in not away
