About Aladdin Product Management

Sitting at the intersection of business and technology the Aladdin Product Management team works closely with Aladdin developers client business and end users to innovate conceptualize design and build new capabilities across the investment lifecycle. Being a member of Aladdin Product Management team means working with the best in the industry to build innovative products that shape financial markets. As a Product Manager you will contribute to developing the product vision and lead day to day execution of the roadmap.

About Aladdin Accounting and this role

Aladdin Accounting is a comprehensive investment accounting system part of Aladdin. It extends the scope of Aladdin providing ourclientsa singlefront-to-back investment platform.

We are seeking aVice Presidentto join theAladdin Accounting product team. This role sits at the intersection ofinvestment accounting technology delivery and client partnership and will play a meaningful role in expanding Aladdin Accountings reach capabilities and impact.

You will contribute to and help lead the delivery of complex technology solutions and large-scale initiatives that support a growing and increasingly diverse client base. Depending on level this role offers the opportunity toown critical workstreams influence product strategy and operateas a regional leaderwithin Aladdin Accounting.

The ideal candidate combines strong accountingexpertisewith a technology mindset thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by solving complex problems at scale. This role is also expected to contribute to Aladdins AI-enabled future - identifying where AI can improve user workflows (e.g. insight generation explanation scenario exploration automation of repetitive analysis natural-language interfaces) and where it must be applied thoughtfully with transparency controls and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Aladdinand Accountingproduction teams to deliver and scale accounting technology solutions

• Own or contribute to initiatives that expand the platform to new client segments use cases and regions

• Lead teams of subject matter experts delivering against defined business objectives

• Maintain clear transparent communication with stakeholders on project status risks and outcomes

• Apply a data-driven approach to monitor platform usage operational metrics and client outcomes

• Identifyopportunities for automation process optimization and product improvement

• Analyze complex accounting data across asset classes (e.g. securities derivatives mortgages alternatives) and partner with stakeholders to resolve client challenges

• Clearly explain accounting concepts and calculations to internal partners and external clients

• Configure client accounting setups including system elections ledgers and reporting structures

• Stay ahead of industry regulatory and technology trends to help shape future platform capabilities

Desired Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in financial services fund accounting or investment operations

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Strong foundationin investment accounting processes and standards (STAT TAXUSor InternationalGAAPsand/or IFRS)

• Experience working with accounting platformsor investment technology

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent designation preferred

• Experience with reconciliations ledgers income analysis accounting elections and reporting

• Full professionalproficiencyin written and spoken English

• Working knowledge of SQL UNIX shell or modern programming languages is a plus

• Familiarity with product development and software delivery lifecycles is a plus

• Big 4 Accounting experience is a plus
• Hands-on comfort using AI tools in daily product work (e.g. prompt-based research summarization synthesis draft specifications competitive scans workflow mapping data exploration support) with appropriate judgment and confidentiality
• Experience partnering with engineering and data teams to define API contracts data interfaces and constraints and to translate those considerations into product requirements and trade-offs
