Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyze HR and business data support resource planning and ensure accurate data migration and cleansing activities.
Requirements
- Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data management role.
- Hands-on experience with SAS or SAS-based products.
- Strong knowledge of data migration data cleaning and data validation processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage HR datasets including skills and resource planning information.
- Good understanding of database concepts and data management practices.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Work with SAS tools and SAS products for data extraction processing and reporting.
- Execute data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct data cleaning validation and transformation to maintain high-quality datasets.
- Manage bulk data import activities across systems and databases.
