Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced advanced practitioner/medical laboratory assistant that has worked in cellular pathology for at least 4 years.

Competitive Salary
This role will be rotational participating in Specimen Reception/Dissection/Main Lab.
The role will include the leadership and management of the team of laboratory reception assistants medical laboratory assistants laboratory scientists and a close partnership with the Biomedical Scientists.
You will ensure the service is delivered efficiently to enable performance within KPI making service improvements as required.
Interested in laboratory management Working in a private laboratory gives you insight into running a business and balancing the needs of the customers the patients the staff and the shareholders.
Annual salary reviews linked closely to personal objectives.
Qualifications :
This post has no formal qualification requirements although the candidate must have proven excellent skills and competencies in cellular pathology/histology.
The candidate is expected to have at least 4 years practical experience in cellular pathology/histology.
Additional Information :
Working Days: This is afull-timeposition 37.5 hours over 5 days between Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to 38000 depending on experience
