Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott owned and operated by AJNM Hotels Group is seeking a people-focused hands-on General Manager to lead our established 81-room hotel. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who believes that great teams create great guest experiences.

As General Manager you will be responsible for overall hotel performanceleading daily operations supporting and developing associates maintaining brand standards and driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all hotel operations including Front Desk Housekeeping Maintenance Sales and Food & Beverage

Build coach and retain a motivated guest-focused team

Foster a positive respectful and accountable workplace culture

Ensure exceptional guest service and respond effectively to guest feedback

Manage budgets control expenses and maximize revenue and profitability

Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and company policies

Oversee property maintenance cleanliness and safety

Identify and manage operational and reputational risks

25 years of hotel management experience preferably in a branded hotel

Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of hotel financials budgeting and revenue management

Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency with hotel systems Microsoft Office and related technology
