MondayThursday 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
Floating between clinic locations as needed
No weekends evenings or holidays
Pay Range
$26.00-$30/HR DOE

Puget Sound Pain Clinic is growing and were looking for a Lead Medical Receptionist to support and float between our five clinic locations: Lakewood Covington Bonney Lake Tukwila and Puyallup. For more than 20 years weve been a trusted leader in pain management across the Seattle and Tacoma area helping patients reclaim their quality of life through compassionate expert care.
As our Lead Medical Receptionist youll do more than manage the front desk youll help set the standard. Youll be the welcoming face patients see first a resource for fellow reception staff and a steady presence ensuring smooth professional clinic operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a lead support for front desk operations across multiple clinic locations
Warmly greet patients and visitors ensuring a friendly professional experience
Schedule new and follow-up appointments accurately and efficiently
Collect co-pays and process payments with attention to detail
Follow up on no-shows and pre-op appointments
Verify insurance information and update patient records
Answer and route phone calls with care and professionalism
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
Complete paperwork scanning and filing accurately
Support and guide reception staff as needed
Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards at all times
