UMHLANGA DURBAN

R18K CTC PER MONTH AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY NO NOTICE

We are seeking a highly organized discreet and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to a busy individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of tasks from scheduling appointments and managing correspondence to making travel arrangements and running errands.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Available immediately to start no notice to serve ESSENTIAL
  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification ADVANTAGEOUS
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Personal Assistant ESSENTIAL
  • Must have finance experience ESSENTIAL
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English & Afrikaans ESSENTIAL
  • Highly experienced on
  • Computer proficiency: MS OFFICE ESSENTIAL
  • Duties include:Manage calendar and schedule appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Respond to emails and correspondence Make phone calls and handle enquiries Run errands and complete tasks as required Maintain records and files both physical and digital Provide administrative support as needed
  • Professional and well presentable on all levels ESSENTIAL
  • Contactable references from previous employers
  • Own reliable vehicle & valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements) ESSENTIAL
