Job Summary
- Lead motivate and develop team members to achieve set targets and improve overall performance.
- Foster an environment built on trust open communication and positive cohesive teamwork.
- Organize team meetings and one-on-ones to provide constructive feedback evaluate performance and discuss future goals.
- Prepare daily or monthly reports regarding the teams performance results.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to successfully lead a team and demonstrate strong results.
- Agility to react quickly to various situations and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in managing projects and teams within the gaming industry.
- Very good English and good Latvian language skills. As we operate in an international environment English is essential for collaboration and daily tasks.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office etc.).
- High motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work a shift schedule (including night shifts).
