Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Backend Engineer Intern who is eager to build scalable high-performance systems in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with our engineering team to design develop and optimize backend services that power our core platform.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs
Write clean efficient and maintainable code
Collaborate with frontend product and DevOps teams
Optimize application performance and database queries
Participate in code reviews and debugging
Contribute to system architecture discussions and feature enhancements
Required Skills
Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms
Proficiency in Java / Python / / Go (any backend language)
Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Git and version control
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Good to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Understanding of fintech systems or financial products
Internship/project experience in backend development
