As a Revenue Compliance Officer you will carry out risk assessments compliance interventions and records audits to identify and resolve noncompliance and recover unpaid revenue. Youll work with commercial transport operators and private vehicle owners to ensure they understand and meet their Road User Charges (RUC) obligations using education engagement and enforcement tools.
This is a frontline regulatory role with a mix of office and field work and will involve occasional travel.

You are a selfstarter with a natural curiosity strong attention to detail and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven experience in assessing risk and carrying out regulatory audits or compliance interactions
Strong computer literacy and numeracy with the ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data
High levels of integrity and professionalism with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups
Strong reportwriting skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations
An understanding of core regulatory legislation and the ability to apply it in realworld situations
Confidence working and communicating remotely within a nationally dispersed team
(Advantageous) Knowledge of RUC and the commercial transport sector
