The Opportunity
Note this role is a12-monthFTC.
Champion the strategic direction for the biscuits category in New Zealand supporting high growth ambitions
Lead the development and delivery of annual commercial and revenue growth plans aligned to category and customer strategy.
Own and manage key financial metrics including volume net revenue RSV and market share targets.
Develop pricing promotional and trade investment strategies to maximise profitable growth
Analyse market dynamics shopper behaviour and channel performance toidentifygrowth opportunities.
Theingredientsyoullbring
Priorexperience in FMCG(Account SalesCategoryorFinance)
Experience usingNielsenQuantiumand/orDunnhumpy.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Great communicationand relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand work cross functionally.
