The Store In-Charge is responsible for the overall management of the store ensuring smooth day-to-day operations achieving sales targets maintaining inventory and leading the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
Manage and motivate store staff; handle duty rosters and performance
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded
Maintain inventory accuracy stock levels and reorder planning
Handle billing cash management and daily sales reporting
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
Maintain store cleanliness visual merchandising and display standards
Implement company policies promotions and pricing strategies
Coordinate with suppliers warehouse and head office
Ensure compliance with safety security and audit standards
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree / Diploma (preferred)
25 years of experience in retail or store management
