Job Description: As a Check-in Executive you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our clients at the airport. Your main duties will include: - Greeting and welcoming passengers at the check-in counter - Assisting passengers with their check-in process and answering any questions they may have - Checking passports tickets and other travel documents to ensure they are valid - Weighing and tagging baggage according to airline regulations - Issuing boarding passes and collecting any applicable fees - Communicating with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure timely and accurate check-in - Handling any special requests or accommodations for passengers such as wheelchair assistance or special meals - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for our clients Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer skills - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - A positive and friendly attitude - Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus but not required.
