Whats the job
If you enjoy keeping operations running smoothly supporting a busy team and being the organizational powerhouse that keeps everything on track this role is a great fit. As the Purchasing Administrator youll play a key part in helping our Supply Chain team stay efficient accurate and connectedall while handling a mix of administrative tasks supplier coordination and timesensitive communications.
What Youll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to all members of the Supply Chain department.
- Ensuring purchasing procedures are followed consistently.
- Preparing reviewing and formatting documents reports and correspondence.
- Coordinating daytoday departmental activities and managing internal communications.
- Reviewing evaluating and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Taking and transcribing dictation and minutes from meetings.
- Assisting with report creation and presentation preparation.
- Validating new suppliers and maintaining supplier contract records.
- Supporting operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
- Performing additional duties as required to support department operations.
Qualifications :

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and comfort managing shifting priorities.
- Strong initiative with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct and attend presentations.
Also nice to have
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Bilingual English/French capability.
- Experience supporting a Supply Chain or administrative team.
